Born in Seville, trained at the IED Barcelona. Eight years ago Marco Ruiz picked up a medium-format camera and never looked back. Since then his work has appeared in Vogue España, Wallpaper*, and Frame Magazine — and on the walls of boardrooms, hotel lobbies, and people's living rooms across Europe.

His approach is quiet. He reads a space before he photographs it. He watches a subject before directing them. The result is images that feel discovered rather than staged — light caught in that precise moment before it shifts.

Marco is available for editorial commissions, architectural documentation, brand campaigns, and weddings. He travels easily and often.
