All orders go through Fiverr, which handles payment. Fiverr accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We never handle your payment details directly — everything is processed and protected by Fiverr's platform.

Standard and Premium orders come with unlimited revisions — we keep working until you're satisfied. If we genuinely can't deliver what was agreed in the brief, Fiverr's dispute resolution covers you. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. Starter orders have 2 revision rounds, which resolves the vast majority of concerns.

You pay when you place the order on Fiverr, but the funds are held in escrow by Fiverr. We only receive the payment after you mark the delivery as accepted. If you don't respond within 3 days of delivery, Fiverr auto-accepts — but we always encourage you to review it first and request revisions if needed.

No. Standard and Premium include unlimited revisions at no extra charge — change the copy, adjust the layout, swap the color scheme. Starter includes 2 rounds, which covers most requests. The only exception: if the project scope changes significantly from the original brief, we'll discuss whether that's a new order or an extension.

We offer custom quotes for anything outside the standard packages — Figma-to-HTML conversions, CSS fix-only jobs, copywriting for existing sites, or larger multi-page projects beyond 5 pages. We'll respond with a breakdown and a price before you commit to anything.
